This year, we’re celebrating Giving Tuesday a little differently! The Space and Prairie Rivers Network are joining forces to present The Giving Feast—bringing “Giving Tuesday” offline and our community together!

Half of your ticket supports The Space, a one-of-a-kind restaurant that delivers a dynamic, irreverent dining experience rooted in passion, intentionality, and joy of local food. The other half is a donation to Prairie Rivers Network, the environmental nonprofit organization based here in Champaign-Urbana working to protect water, heal land, and inspire change across Illinois.

This multi-course dinner will celebrate local food, community, and our shared commitment to a thriving environment. You will be able to choose between a vegetarian and non-vegetarian option. The dinner will also include one cocktail/mocktail at the beginning of the evening.**

About The Space: At The Space, food is more than a meal, it’s a celebration of local  abundance and creativity. We prioritize local wherever possible—from meat to eggs to dairy to beers—and make all of our own condiments. By seeing food as a playful experiment of flavor while honoring the goodness of local ingredients, we maintain a vibrant dining experience that elevates Central Illinois foodways while embracing the global possibilities of our time—and we make sure to have fun while doing it!

About Prairie Rivers Network: From protecting Allerton Park and the Sangamon River from flooding in 1967 to defending our drinking water—the Mahomet Aquifer—from carbon capture and sequestration in 2025 Prairie Rivers Network has spent nearly six decades harnessing the creative power of science, law, and community action to protect our water, lands, and communities across the state. Over the years, we’ve brought together community members, scientists, businesses, and policymakers to protect rivers, restore habitats, and hold polluters accountable. Today, we continue to honor our roots in community-led advocacy while working toward a more resilient, sustainable future for generations to come.

**All other beverages will be an additional purchase the night of the dinner.
The purchase of a ticket will sign you up for updates from The Space and Prairie Rivers Network.
