Sign-up is open day-of at The Space and each entry is $5. There are no age restrictions.
The tournament is double elimination. Each match consists of 1 race with 4 players 1v1v1v1 (in case of an odd number of entries there could only be 3 players).
Except for the final race, the players who finish 1st and 2nd are considered winners and proceed to the winners bracket and the players who finish 3rd and 4th are considered losers and move to the losers bracket (or are eliminated).
In the final race, if a player who has already lost once places 1st, there will be a second race to determine the winner. The second race is final in its results.
Character selection: a random number generator will be used to determine the order players get to select their characters.
CCs: 100
Map selection: each round will increase the cup difficulty. A random number generator will be used to determine the map for each match from the appropriate cup.
