For this very special NYE edition of Connecting the Community we will have a very special pairing available for purchase that features Silver Tree Spirits, which are distilled up the road in Paxton, IL by the Glazik family. All of their ingredients are organically grown on their fifth generation family farm, meaning there is very little besides Mahomet Aquifer tap water you can drink that is more local than their spirits. The dinner does not need the pairing to be special, and all the cocktails will be available a la cart in case you are not feeling the pairing.
The drink pairing is $50 and can be added now or at the dinner.
