This is a hot sauce for two-fisted eaters: those who want this sauce in one hand and their food in the other. It’s Doug’s brainchild: roasted  habanero and cool  bell pepper spiked with the unmistakably striking bitterness of Chicago’s most infamous liquer:  Malört. This sauce is an homage to our late nights at local bars and our daring experiments with the limits of flavor and heat. This is a punch to the palate you’ll (most likely) enjoy.
